Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the service

VISTIX provides digital creative services, including video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and related content production. Services are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

2. Use of this website

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a service.

3. Requesting and starting a service

A project begins once the scope, timeline, and any required materials have been confirmed between VISTIX and the client, typically following a message through the contact page or a quote request.

Client responsibilities: the client is responsible for providing clear and accurate project information and requirements; supplying the files, content, and materials needed to carry out the service; ensuring they hold the necessary rights or permissions to use any images, videos, music, logos, or other material sent to VISTIX; and responding with any requested information in a timely manner so the project is not delayed.

VISTIX responsibilities: VISTIX commits to delivering the service according to the agreed project scope and requirements. The typical turnaround time is 3–6 days, starting once all required files, information, and requirements have been received from the client. If a delay is caused by missing materials or information from the client, that waiting period is not counted within the original turnaround time.

4. Client-provided materials

Clients may need to provide footage, images, brand assets, or written instructions for a project. The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to share and use any material they submit to VISTIX.

5. Scope of work

Each project is scoped individually before work begins. The agreed price covers only the originally agreed project scope. Any request for an additional service, a substantial change, new content, or anything that goes beyond the original project scope may be treated as additional work and requires separate agreement on cost and timeline before it begins. Revisions within the original scope are handled under Section 6 (Revisions) below.

6. Revisions

Each service request includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Revisions must stay within the scope of the original request. Any work requested beyond that original scope is treated as new work and requires a separate agreement (and may involve an additional quote).

7. Delays in receiving required materials

If a project depends on files, footage, or feedback from the client and these are delayed, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly. See also our Service Delivery Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Ownership of final delivered files: once the full amount due has been paid, the client receives usage rights to the final files agreed to be delivered as part of the project. Any third-party fonts, music, images, videos, templates, stock assets, tools, or other material used in the project remain subject to the license terms of their original owner. VISTIX does not transfer ownership of any material it does not itself hold the right to transfer.

Showcasing completed work: VISTIX will not publicly display a client's project or final files in a portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials unless the client has given their consent. Consent is never assumed by default.

9. Rights to client-submitted material

Any footage, images, or brand material submitted by the client remains the client's property. VISTIX uses submitted material only for the purpose of completing the requested project.

10. Delivery of final files

Final files are delivered digitally in a format agreed upon with the client. See our Service Delivery Policy for details.

11. Cancellations and refunds

See our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Communication

Project communication takes place through the contact methods listed on our Contact page.

13. Limitation of liability

VISTIX provides its services in line with the agreed project scope. VISTIX is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or unlicensed material or information provided by the client, or from the client's use of final files in a way that violates the law or the rights of others. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

VISTIX may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
